We are being amazed daily by what Jonah is saying and doing. He is asking lots of "what's that, what's this?" He's showing his terrific 2's- testing the waters with redirection and saying "ok" instead of "no". He's able to answer what, who, and where questions. He's eager to help with anything we do- he helps Rick take out the trashcans, he helps load the silverware into the dishwasher, he takes his plates / bowls to the sink after eating, he empties all the trashcans in the house and helps me clean (wipes with water) the bathrooms! He really does offer to help and gets very upset if we do something without him- I will remind him of this when he has to "really" do some chores in a few years! He talks about Baby, always wants to kiss baby night night, and likes to sing songs to Baby. When the phone rings, he asks who it is so he can say hi too! Then when we hang up, he always ask, "they coming over?" As if we always have people over (which we do) or that he loves to be a social butterfly (which he does)! We are excited to see him develop into a big brother and take care of his little sibling. He says he will help with Baby and in our hearts, we know he will!
