China News - more papers to complete

So we found out this week from our Adoption Agency- CCAI- that much of our legal documents are about to expire in January. Since the wait is now much longer than before (was 18 months now looking at 32 months), CCAI is recommending we file for an extension and will most likely file for another one later. These extensions last 18 months. Now for the kicker-- with these legal documents come notaries, getting signatures and seals from TX and the US, get another child abuse background check, have our fingerprints taken again, have our homestudy updated, new letters of support and so on. It's a lot of time consuming papertrails, but such a small price to pay to bring our baby girl home. We're meeting with our Social Worker in San Antonio next week to finalize everything.

Also good news- we asked our agency about Jonah- how would China look upon us now that we have a beautiful baby boy. In our homestudy, obviously he will be added as an update, but China never sees the homestudy- so China will not know. All righty then!
