- We had Jonah's 2 month check up this AM. Big bets were placed on his weight! And the grand total is (drum roll please)................... 13 lbs and 1 oz. What???!!!%$# I figure I'd include the 1 oz even though it doesn't really make a difference when your over 13 pounds! Dr. said he is a healthy, growing boy who is meeting all of his milestones.
- And he grew in length too-- he is now 24 1/4 inches long. Yep, he's going to be a tall one looking down at Mom someday. His eye color is developing more. It's getting close and they are more gray than anything- so it looks like he'll get Dad's eyes too. Jonah is very active- moving his arms and legs constantly. We ask him, "Where are you flying to?" This past week he's been enjoying his crib. What I mean is - before when he would wake up, he would instantly cry. Now when he wakes up, he lays there for some time and coo's and "talks" to himself before the hunger cry begins.
- We head to OKC from Tues - Thurs for our 1st Thompson family vacation. We plan to go to a AAA baseball game, visit the OKC bombing memorial and the Zoo. We're staying in a hotel (Jonah's first), so let's hope we don't annoy any of neighbors too badly.
