So we completed, survived and had a great road trip #2! San Antonio and Austin were great. Jonah is a trooper in his MC (car seat)- we fill him up with milk and he sleeps! Friends and family met Jonah with open arms, hugs and lots of kisses. Everyone commented how he looked like Rick, how big he was, how he is so alert, he's so strong holding his head up and how much he smiled.
People asked us about his schedule- well since it's summer and we're never really on a schedule, Jonah isn't on one either. Actually since we planned some summer trips, we decided to have a schedule once all of our trips are completed. No sense in working hard to have it altered while on vacation. And besides spending time with family and friends (who only see him a few times a year) is more important to us right now.
School is just around the corner, which means Jonah will head to in home daycare too! We're already talking about it, so hopefully the transistion will be easier on all of us (really just Mom).
Next road trip is off to WI- our first airplane ride with Jonah!

This is the greeting we get when Jonah wakes up!

Since this is the last season, we all toured TX Stadium even though we're not Cowboy fans. At the end, you could play on the field.....Rick threw and kicked some footballs around. Jonah and I sat by the fans.

What a grip! : >

Mommy & her baby boy..... pure love.

I love bath time - I "talk" a lot and it totally relaxes me for bed time.

These abs take work..... lots of work..... milk at 7AM,
milk at 12PM, milk at 4PM, etc.

Hey, is that me? Wow, I am pretty cute!

Cousin Kirsten- who MADE my very own tooth fairy pillow - even though I have no teeth right now, I am prepared! It's made of soccer balls since Daddy said I'm playing that and getting a scholarship too.
