Well Jonah's 1st plane ride went pretty good! No major crying or painful ears with the pressure. Thanks to all the experinced Mom's who enlightened us how to occupy his time with distractions- they worked! Our week was filled visiting friends and family - or as Rick says "The Jonah Tour." We visited the WI State Fair (a first for Michelle and Jonah). Ate the legendary Cream Puffs (and for the record they are way better than Sams Club ones), ate other good foods, shopped, had a wine tasting, and tried to find as many air conditioner buildings as possible. We also spent time at the WI lakes- first with Rob (Rick's brother) and his family. He took us on a boat ride and had some good brats. Then spent the day at WindLake with friends- it was like a mini reunion for Rick and all of us buddies from high school. Then Grandma & Grandpa hosted a "Meet Jonah Brunch"- it was a nice celebration seeing Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. The week went fast, but we're glad we got to visit everyone. Until next time.......
